Ashley leads the team with professionalism and integrity, always focused on delivering reliable service and building lasting relationships with clients. He’s the spark that holds the team together,  known for his great sense of humour and a genuine love for the work he does.

David is a hands-on engineer with over 20 years of experience and a reputation for precision and persistence. He approaches every job with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to seeing things through, he simply won’t leave a job unfinished. With two decades of engineering expertise behind him, David takes pride in the accuracy of his work, whether he's handling complex repairs or installing new equipment. His practical skills, reliability, and thorough approach make him an invaluable part of the team.

David's also a friendly guy who loves a good chat, especially on the sidelines of his boy’s football games, which Inspect and Repair proudly sponsors.

Penny is the organiser behind the scenes who keeps Inspect and Repair running smoothly every day. As the company’s administrator, she handles everything from scheduling and customer communication to keeping the team on track and the paperwork in order. With a natural talent for organisation and a strong focus on getting stuff done, Penny is the go-to person who makes sure nothing slips through the cracks.

She loves building great customer relationships and will always go the extra mile to ensure Inspect and Repair's customers are happy. She’s the friendly voice on the phone, the planner behind the operations, and the quiet powerhouse that keeps the business moving forward.

Jakob is the face of Inspect and Repair on the sports field, our very own "poster boy" for team advertising! He’s the guy who makes sure our name is front and centre, whether it’s on a jersey or a banner. But Jakob’s role goes beyond just looking good in the spotlight, he’s an all-round legend, always bringing a smile and a bit of humor to the table.

When he's not busy being the most enthusiastic supporter on the sidelines, he’s likely telling everyone about the last game, up the Ilminster Panthers!!
